Storytelling

Jules Angelina's The Other Side series

I believe that storytelling is an art and a science. It's a thought process that involves constant editing and character building. There has been time between the first book for this very reason. Time allows for the subconscious to build upon the pieces of what the story is trying to say. Not in all cases, but definitely for me, when writing a prequel and a sequel. I am writing them at the same time to allow for consistency, while I update the first book. As I grow as a writer, my goal is for that to show through and to provide readers with a stronger series. I am excited to share what I see as a romance/drama theme throughout. This time, the books will be available on Kindle as well as print on demand and I look forward to sharing and hearing your feedback!

About

Jules started her writing career when she was 14 years old. Growing up in Chicago, she fell in love with stories offering profound life lessons, and the Windy City sparked her imagination and deep passions for stories about real life situations. She was also inspired by the city’s art, photography, music, architecture and the diverse cultures in Chicago. A move later in life to New York City led to an extensive career in cable TV and programming, that included creating content, developing and editing scripts – and ultimately structuring her own stories in screenplay and novel formats.

In addition to writing stories about ‘what if’ situations, Jules loves to explore cultures from around the world. She has spent a career pursuing cross cultural differences and what cultures teach us about humanity. The Other Side of Goodbye is her first published fiction novel, based in Ireland.  Jules currently lives in North Carolina with her husband, daughter, and Great Dane mix.
